I have found a modified version of yours, the hard labor in sunshine, to be really good at clearing up the last hanging on part of a stubborn cold. I've yet to find a miracle cure, but I'll try yours sometime.

Not so much on the fighting, on account of switching, but I can't spend the day doing that sort of thing when I'm spending the day doing actual work! =)
