in the waterfall there is a dream
it is a True dream
and it is not always unkind
no more so than it might seem kind
it is only a little dream
and so it can only do little things
like carve deep canyons and take that earth with it and build an island
things you may not notice as you build bridges over it
little things it knows
like how to fly
and how to dance in shimmering rainbows
drifting down in a mist of celebration
and how to sing in melodious voices
like a quiet flute speaking of contemplation
or a thundering organ speaking of fire and brimstone
reminding you that even little dreams
move mountains
it is a True dream
it goes like this:
can you not feel it?
