One of our former contacts at a Texas customer had returned to her home state of Louisiana a year or more ago and started working for us, providing training and support to our customers - I just found out today that she lives in the southern part of LA and that our last contact with her was before the storm. She is also one of the few people in this world who have actually heard me play guitar (one performance outside the hotel room on South Padre Island, and another in a commandeered banquet room in Corpus Christi a year later.)

I also learned that two whole entire customer sites (St. Helena Parish and Belle Chasse Academy - the former near Baton Rouge, the latter in New Orleans) have not been heard from since the hurricane.

EDIT: Julie called in - apparently they just got things up and running, despite being west o' Baton Rouge. That still leaves a school district and a private school MIA.
