I wonder if she forgot it, or left it out on purpose? The video she has on her own YouTube channel of The Bonny Swans has a section chopped out of it as well.
In story songs like that, omitting content is usually not a good idea. I tend to follow along with the lyrics and it's no fun when the heart of the story just isn't there.
