I've reviewed some of her stuff here, and I've mentioned her in conversation, but here she is...

On the newer material, she's getting compared to Tori Amos; on the older material she's sticking closer to somewhere between opera and Norwegian folk (with, depending on band, minimal/almost traditional keyboard dominated arrangements to dark prog/doom metal to black/death metal).

I totally dig this stuff. She gets a hair pitchy in her lower registers, but apart from that, she's awesome. She's quite the soprano.
