tells the story of a man in a coma. The various vocalists play Love, Agony, Pride, Rage, Passion, and other emotions in "Me"'s head. James LaBrie of Dream Theater plays Me, Marcela Bovio of Stream of Passion plays Wife, Arjen plays Best Friend...
Each of the songs covers one day of the coma - this, day 11, has Me remembering meeting Wife...
