Mr. B: Can you take my shirts off, daddy?
Me: Yes, I can do that.
Mr. B: Mommy can too. And so can Justin.
Me: Yes, and someday you'll be able to, too.
Mr. B: When I was your age, I used to be able to take off my shirt. And I had to take your shirt off. 'Cause when I was your age, you were my age.

When Adorable Nephew was 3ish, he told Omega that he and Grandma had been married before. He was very matter of fact and serious.

You just don't know if he was voicing concepts he was still learning (incorrectly), or if children have a glimpse of something we can't see anymore.
