Despite popular opinion, #11 is not The Princess Bride. For the record, the similar quote there is far more complex, and is as follows:

Count Rugen: [admiring his torture contraption] Beautiful isn't it? It took me half a lifetime to invent it. I'm sure you've discovered my deep and abiding interest in pain. Presently I'm writing the definitive work on the subject, so I want you to be totally honest with me on how the machine makes you feel. This being our first try, I'll use the lowest setting.
[Count Rugen activates the water powered torture machine. Wesley writhes in great pain]
Count Rugen: [calmly] As you know, the concept of the suction pump is centuries old. Really that's all this is except that instead of sucking water, I'm sucking life. Actually, the quote you posted is very similar to one of the ones in the book.

I haven't read the book in a while - and it certainly fits the spirit of Count Rugen's character. Actually, it's fairly close to the ones in the movie too - two others also guessed Princess Bride for that quote.

We did get one correct guess so far, though... =)

I'm still surprised #3 & #4 are still around... and some of the other new ones should be easy...

When I do include a quote for The Princess Bride in a future edition, it's going to be tough to come up with one that a) isn't so common as to be any movie; and b) isn't so obvious that everyone gets it right away.
