Just roasted stuff¹ for fajitas tomorrow night. House smells so good, and it's already past my bedtime... =)


¹ : Stuff is defined as: two large white onions; two orange bell peppers; two poblano peppers; a handful of tomatillos; and one bulb of garlic.
