Labor Day Cookout

The Labor Day cookout will actually be on Labor Day - Monday - this year. Grill gets fired up at 1pm.

We'll be providing hamburgers and hot dogs and that kind of main-course picnicy cookoutie type stuff. Sign up here!

Music will be performed on the Front Porch Stage, unless its absolutely pouring out. Bring 'em if ya play 'em (acoustic instruments advised, as the outlets are all accounted for and very intolerant of hard work!)

Hmmm...pencil me in as tentative...I'm tempted to come up, but I don't know if I want mom as baggage this time round...

Problem is a distinct lack of wheels, though (me being a city boy and all)...and I sorta want to do a Labor Day recording of the podcast too...

Feh, nothing can be simple these days, I guess...

And why is the album version of "Money for Nothing" nearly 8 minutes in length?!?!?!

i dont even want to say it, but we're a no this time again. Mark wants to see his family since we havent been there for a month and his grandmother is ailing badly. Plus I have him booked for 2 weekends for my family so I cant blame him. I really want to come up sometime so please dont think im making excuses!

Hmm. Food. I'm not bringing marshmallow ambrosia this time. Gotta try something different. I'll think of something. An appetizer. My co-workers are giving away fresh tomatoes, but I don't know what to do with them.
