Coolness! A quick swipe o' the cleaning cloth, and Kiki's Delivery Service (and, we hope, Castle in the Sky) is now playable! It was going to be hell trying to track down the Easter Bunny and get replacement copies... but when the much-played copy Spirited Away started getting the same disk read error (as did the DVD cleaner disc), I used the cleaning cloth on Kiki's and presto chango, we're now watching...

Rachel is extremely thrilled!
