Brandon has the Blues

So we're at Border's and put a set of headphones on Brandon. He likes it. We wander to another station, and another selection. Tab Benoit's Brother to the Blues. The boy starts bopping, a big ol' grin on his face.

So we're at home. The first disc we're listening to is ending, and, in the silence between discs, Brandon cranks the volume and gets an even bigger grin on his face. He dances around as Tab starts playing.

While other kids are listening to nursery rhymes and children's music, this kid is listening to blues guitar.

Coolness! =)

(He likes jazz, too. Weather Report. Nik Bartsch's Ronin. Metal will also get him moving. Classical, not so much. The Benoit album also has some old time country stuff, and that works for him too.)
