ellyssianJustin is now sick, so the bug has made its rounds, and hopefully leaves the building soon...
From experience, he's in for 12 hours of vomiting at a frequency of 1-5 times an hour and diarrhea at a similar (but gradually diminishing) frequency for the next 48 hours or more.
Going through this last, he has a very sympathetic - if somewhat overly sensitive - group catering to him.
On a side note, if I take Advil (something I have not done since starting the high blood pressure meds two years ago, on advice of my doctor,) my shoulders no longer feel as if I've been bench pressing 40 brazillion pounds, which is exactly what they have done, ever since I lost the title match with the bug Thursday night.
