"Empress Awakened" went out to a market and received its second rejection slip. It's now on its way to market #3. "The Sky Galleons of Mediolanum" was rejected from the anthology I wrote it for. It's now on its way to another market. They'll get through someday!

I created an author's page on Facebook... check it out here: Everett A Warren. I still want LJ to post stuff to my regular account, so I'll have to duplicate the writing related posts that originate here, but there will be some original content there as well. The Facebook page is very likely to get the updates first!

I reached out to a bunch of newspapers and a library to help build contacts for future book signings and press releases and so forth. Still have a number of libraries and bookstores on my list, some of which I'll go on personal visits to over the next few weeks.

There's been a lot going on, and it's been very hectic around here, so there hasn't been any writing this past week. I should be getting some more words written down soon.
