I'm pretty sure I was introduced to Kate Bush by way of a show on VH1 during my college years. It showed a clip of "The Sensual World" and I took to the song right away. Couldn't find anything by the artist outside of that song and the Peter Gabriel collabo project you highlighted a day or two ago. It wasn't until I went to a local record/CD spot looking for the latest Tori Amos album (I'd just begun a Tori kick, you see) and I saw a sign that said something along the lines of "Tori Amos is the poor man's Kate Bush" that I figured I should at least find an album or two. Did pick up the one with Sensual World on it, but I found I preferred the coherence of then-Amos's lyrics to Bush's s.o.c. Still do pull out "The Sensual World" when I want to revel, though.
