Tribute To A Life Long Past
i: Winter's Realm

"I am in eternal rest, I bring you peace and solace.
I am the cold that sets a chill in your bones.
Come to me and know the tranquility of the piper's tune."
In the cathedral imprisoned in winter, ring frostbitten bells,
Hear them crystal clear, tolling across fields of dream-filled snow.
Follow me to edges of the earth, see with your eyes, the depths of winter.
Tear down bastions of warmth, as the barriers fall, find me there.
With a word awaken into summer's glory, into fields lit with blazing fires,
The dreams of youth filled with wonder and joy.
Bathed in twilight's autumn scene, harvesting the fruits of labor,
The dreams of youth change color and fade.
