Be Bop Deluxe is one of the few bands I actually enjoy more on their live recordings ~ I first came across the cover art for Live! In the Air Age
in a Japanese book of heavy metal album covers; some years later, ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
patrixa picked up the album on vinyl while visiting NYC. It took a little bit for the band to grow on me, but I now consider them pretty much indispensable.
As an added bonus, here's another clip of the extended ending, Bill Nelson's guitar, well, blazing, and both video and sound quality slightly improved upon the full version of the song, above:
