Is there an artist who hasn't covered this awesome piece?

I gotta admit, I think Lauryn Hill did the very best version of this one. It may have been contemporized, but it had more soul (and even musicality) than any of the blues and R&B singers, including, dare I admit it, the amazing Roberta Flack (the original) or even Luther Vandross.

The instrumentation in this one is nice, but it is a vocally-driven song.
