ellyssianWent to the dermatologist today. She took a sample from the itchy eczema thing (which has recently changed size and color, thus incurring Worry) - she is pretty sure it is just dry thickened skin, and I've got some lotions for it, once it heals from the biopsy dig. She also took a sample from my Lemmy, which she thinks was a wart, not a facial mole. She also sliced that sucker right off, so I've got a convenient flesh-colored circle stuck to my face.
Both itched like crazy when the local anesthetic started wearing off - although the one on my face is still numb now, 7 hours or so later...
Oh, and for those who have heard of my recently lauded organizational skills? Had to have Deb and the kids run the prescription down to me, because I had left it at home. On the plus-side, Justin hiked the Prairie Warbler Trail at the Lehigh Gap Refuge and Deb and Mr. B walked around on the low road. So maybe it was just subliminal organization? =)
