Anyone ever eat anything made with amaranth grain (ground into flour, cooked like popcorn, etc.) or tasted the leaves?
I'm thinking about picking up some of the grain to try, if the local health food store has it. I'm also considering the possibility of setting aside about 44 square feet or so to grow it (which, theoretically, should give me about a pound of seed, not to mention the leaves to add to salads).
