So... I'm over on My Space now... although I expect that I'll be using that more as another contact point rather than as another blog.

Is that the webspace run by msn? My son was kinda bugging me for one of those but then I built him a site off my domain.

I don't think it's MSN, but I didn't look into it too deeply into it. A friend signed up, and I know a couple others also set stuff up over there, so I figured I might as well.

I've gotten the impression a lot of youngsters use that site and have not really investigated it. The news here did a series on My Space and sexual prediators. Parents were very concerned about their children's use of the site.

I'm not making any judgments, just curious.

I think that was a national news program - or else I watched something similar. I suppose that sort of thing could happen on any blog, forum site, or otherwise.

A couple of friends bands have a presence there - seems to be a pretty good way to get your band out there and noticed, and keep people posted on news.
