Back when I worked for the portapotty/septic service company, we could have used a whole truckload of that kind of book. ;-)
A driver would get out to someone's house and say "It's going to be a LONG WHILE." It was amazing how many folks would ignore the system until their pipes starting backing up into the house - and this in an area where septic systems brush right up to town lines in a lot of places still.
