popfiend, I didn't work on the walking bass line... I do have portions of one I need to record, though. Maybe later...
For now, though, there is a brand new guitar solo - almost bluish - done with the "carotine orange" guitar in the icon pic. It's up on the Lefty Valdez MySpace page.
Edit:Rather, it's done processing but not yet appearing, but I have to go make dinner, so can not wait until it finally appears before I inform you, so wait a few minutes, go... look for it, keep refreshing the page until the track "Guitar Solo" (very creatively named, no?) appears, and listen!

(And for those wary of a blistering metal solo... no distortion was involved in the making of the recording... it's a nice, clean, bluesy-at-times and jazzy-at-times improv over a simple drum loop. =)
