Okay, so it was a call-back just to verify what I needed, and the electrician himself still needs to call to discuss in details, but hey, it's progress!
Working at work, actually. And he's going to be calling me so there's no point bugging him.
If he doesn't call, then you bug him. That's usually the way those kind of things work.
Say, for example, you make an appointment to go see a doctor, and then you show up in her office 5 minutes later (and a week early for your appointment,) you should expect the doctor (or their staff) to hit you upside the head with a clue-by-four and smile and say "See you in a week." So it is here.
There is no point harassing someone who is on schedule.
Now, the HVAC guy, on the other hand, is going to start getting more calls because he hasn't called back despite the fact that I as at the "he'll give you a call" stage three weeks ago. He will get harassed a bit more than on his current weekly schedule. =)
Ah so, HVAC-Man will be the Bugee -- does that make you the "Bugger"?
Sorry, I am tiredly giddy, having finished packing away summer clothes and shoes, paying bills, and whatever.
Tomorrow I tackle the goblets and the linen closet and bugging Target which I didn't get to today. They have voluntarily enrolled me in a Visa-Target account -- the nerve, hey? Thank goodness I'm moving to a Wal-Mart area.
I saw one of BK's armadillos today at the mall. the @4 yr old did not say it as clearly as Brandon did. did anyone tell you he called me "..am-a"? I got giddy over that too and had a huge smile for a long while.
