Selective Memory Betrays Hiroshima Victims

Stumbled across this on Google's news page - I'd like to see if I can get some other views on the issue, maybe from Japanese and other resources. It's got a propagandaish ring to it, certainly, but it seems to bring up some genuine issues, provided the facts are there.

I wonder if this will get any widespread coverage? I expect that if I hadn't been bored and scrolled further down the news page than usual I'd never have found it.
