August

* The April and December gatherings are still up in the air, thus more subject to change than all the rest combined, which are entirely subject to change. More details on each as the time approaches. The hawkwatches are just that - dinner is not planned, although further arrangements (shared order of pizza, invading local restaurants, someone else offering to cater the event, and so forth) may be made closer to the time or even while on site. *

I'm gonna aim for the May meal and music. why, if you're lucky, I may even sing!

I mean: no singing attempts will erupt mainly because I don't want to be banned!

That date is more solidly confirmed than the others, so that should be good.

You and OSX's "cal" program disagree about what day May 26th is.

Ooops. No disageement. I originally had it on the Monday the 28th, and then revised it after checking back to our previous conversation specifying the 26th, I neglected to change the day.

I want the date that has the most bang for meeting LJ friends. I really want to meet your mom, but I think May is too ambitious. Would you let me know, when the dust settles?

Thanks for doing this.

Feb 3 works for me, assuming that winter doesn't decide to come for real and make driving distances a bad idea. The others, apart from May 26 and December don't conflict with anything that I know about so far. May is questionable in general because my sister is supposed to get back from Iraq sometime in May, and whenever she gets leave, I will be gone. I'm generally out of town in mid-December for a while and if I am here, those weekends are at the same time bird counts happen and doing bird counts generally means not doing anything else the same weekends due to utter exhaustion from doing things like getting up at 3 AM to look for owls.
